Fresh Cut Christmas Trees

STARTING BLACK FRIDAY

November 23 - December 16

This year the Upper Augusta Fire Company will have 4' - 7' Douglas Fur, Blue Spruce, and Norwegian Spruce trees for sale ranging from $20 and up at the Fire Company building located at 2188 Mile Hill Road. If you need a tree smaller than 4' or taller than 7' please contact the Fire Company by Nov. 10th with exactly what you want so they can get yours tagged in the fields.

Leaf Collection

All leaf collection is weather permitting. Collection will begin the last week of October and will be completed by Thanksgiving week. If snow arrives before that, the leaf collection equipment will have to be removed from the truck, and leaf collection will stop for the year.

Also, if there is another area on your property where you can dispose of your own leaves, such as a wooded area, please do so. We have very limited areas where we can dispose of the leaves.

Schedule: Leaves will be picked up in the Oaklyn/Hamilton area on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and on the Island on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That does not mean that the crew will be picking up leaves every day of the week. They have other duties to perform as well. If they did not pick up your leaves on a scheduled day, they may be there on the next scheduled day.
